摘  要:目的 研究运动训练是否可促进小鼠脑局灶性缺血后的功能恢复。方法 选雄性C5 7BL/6J小数 ,电凝大脑右侧中动脉 ,制成MCAO模型 ,随机分为运动组 10只、对照组 11只及假手术对照组 13只。运动组及假手术组均给与每天跑笼运动训练 1h ,连续 1个月。分别在术后 3、5、10、15、2 0、3 0d评定其肌力、姿势反射、平衡功能。结果 运动组较对照组功能恢复显著好 ,姿势反射、平衡功能测量均较对照组好 (P <0 .0 5 )。假手术组功能变化不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 运动训练有助于小鼠脑局灶缺血后的功能恢复。Objective To determine whether exercise training can enhance the functional recovery after local cerebral infarction in mice.Methods The right middle cerebral artery was occluded (MCAO) with electric coagulation in C57BL/6J mice. The mice were randomized into three groups: A: wheel running group, mice with MCAO to running wheel (n=10); B:control group, mice with MCAO to normal cages (n=11); C: sham operated mice to running wheel (n=13). Animals were given a battery of three tests that aimed to assess muscle strength, posture reflex and balance function at 3,5,10,15,20,30 days after the operation.Results Mice with MCAO to wheel running performed significantly better than mice in group B in muscle strength, posture reflex and balance (P< 0.05 ). Sham operated mice did the same. Conclusion Exercise training can improve the functional recovery in local brain ischemia in mice.
