奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血的疗效。方法：采用奥曲肽（25~50）Lg/h维持泵入及泮托拉唑钠60mg每日2次静滴,治疗60例上消化道大出血的患者。结果：24 h内止血率为48.3%及24~72h内止血率为43.3%,总有效率为91.9%,不良反应较少。结论：奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：Effect of octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium for the treatment of massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods：Using octreotide（25~50Lg/h）maintenance of pumping and pantoprazole sodium 60 mg 2 times daily intravenous drip in treating 60 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage patients.Results：Within 24 h to stop bleeding was 48.3% and 24 to 72 h hemostasis was 43.3%,total effective rate was 91.9%,fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion：It is significant for octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,worthy of clinical application.
