摘  要:服务德育是一种全新的德育理念和德育方法。服务德育把教师的"教"看成是教师职业实现的过程;把学生的"学"看成是在教师的帮助下自主创新性学习和自我教育过程。就教育工作者而言,德育的过程就是提供教育服务的过程;就学生而言,德育的过程就是通过接受教育服务自我生成与发展良好的综合道德素质的活动和过程。服务德育是真正"以人为本"的德育,有着坚实的理论基础,具有重要的理论与实践意义。Service -oriented moral education is a brand -new moral education idea and method, which regards teachers' "instruction" as the accomplishment of teachers' profession, while students' "learning" as the process of autonomic and creative learning and ego integrity with teacher' help. As for educators, the process of moral education is that of educational services offering; as for students's the process of moral education is that of educational services acceptance as well as the process of ego integrity. Service - oriented moral education has solid theoretical basis and is of important theoretical and practical significance.
