摘 要:NAEP和NAEQ分别是美国和中国在全国范围内开展的教育评价项目,二者在创立的背景,项目的组织与管理,项目的实施及结果报告等方面均有诸多异同,通过比较研究,提出政府应承担相应责任、教育中介机构的专业支持、坚持基于标准的评价、提高分数信度和谨防数据污染等问题,以期引起我国大规模教育测量与评价的反思。NAEP and NAEQ respectively is a nationwide education evaluation project of the United States and China. There are many similarities and differences about establishment background, project organization and man- agement, project implementation and results report etc. Through comparative study, the paper puts forward many problems such as corresponding responsibility assumed by the government, professional support from education intermediary organizations, insisting on standard - based evaluation, improving scores reliability, bewaring of data pollution, in order to cause reflection about large -scale education measurement and evaluation.
