摘　　要：目的:探讨Netrin-1在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达情况及其与ESCC发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化和原位杂交法分别检测40例ESCC及40例正常食管黏膜组织中Netrin-1蛋白和mRNA的表达。结果:ESCC组织中Netrin-1蛋白的阳性表达率为47.5%(19/40),高于正常食管黏膜组织的5.0%(2/40)(χ2=18.660,P<0.001)。ESCC组织中Netrin-1mRNA的阳性表达率为52.5%(21/40),高于正常食管黏膜组织的5.0%(2/40)(χ2=22.029,P<0.001)。Netrin-1mRNA和蛋白的表达与ESCC的组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期均有关(χ2mRNA=12.420、12.477、9.528、10.566,χ2蛋白=8.878、8.021、8.338、9.950,P均<0.05)。ESCC组织中Netrin-1蛋白与mRNA的表达有关联(rP=0.517,P<0.001)。结论:Netrin-1表达与ESCC的发生发展有关,可作为ESCC预后判断的辅助指标。Aim：To explore the correlation of Netrin-1 mRNA and protein expression with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）.Methods：PV9000 immunohistochemical method and in situ hybridization method were used to detect the expression of Netrin-1 protein and mRNA in 40 cases of ESCC and 40 cases of normal esophageal mucosa.Results：Positive expression rate of Netrin-1 protein was 47.5%（19/40）in ESCC tissue,which was higher than that（5.0%,2/40）in normal esophageal epithelial tissue（χ2=18.660,P0.001）.Positive expression rate of Netrin-1 mRNA was 52.5%（21/40）in ESCC tissue,which was higher than that（5.0%,2/40）in normal esophageal epithelial tissue（χ2=22.029,P0.001）.Expressions of Netrin-1 mRNA and protein were associated with histological grade,invasive depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging （χ2mRNA=12.420,12.477,9.528,10.566,χ2protein=8.878,8.021,8.338,9.950,P0.05）.There was positive correlation between the protein and mRNA expressions of Netrin-1 in ESCC tissue（rP=0.517,P0.001）.Conclusion：Expression of Netrin-1 has relation with pathogenesis and development of ESCC and maybe a new assistant marker for prognosis of ESCC.
