摘  要:目的 探讨PCNA和nm2 3在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达水平与乳腺癌组织分级和淋巴结转移的关系及意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 45例乳腺浸润性导管癌中PCNA和nm2 3的表达。结果 Ⅱ、Ⅲ级PCNA阳性表达率高于Ⅰ级 (P<0 0 1) ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级nm2 3阳性表达率低于Ⅰ级 (P <0 0 5 ) ;腋窝淋巴结转移组PCNA阳性表达率高于非转移组 (P <0 0 1) ,但nm2 3阳性表达率低于非转移组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 PCNA和nm2 3的表达水平与乳腺浸润性导管癌的组织分级和腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关 ,可作为乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的重要参数。Objective To investigate expression of and correlation between prdiferating cell unclear antigen (PCNA) and nm23 gene and correlation between, and histological grading and lymph node metastasis in the brease invasive ductal carcinoma. Method The expression of PCNA and nm23 in 45 breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients was detected with immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rates of PCNA in grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than that of grade Ⅰ( P <0 01). The positive expression rates of nm23 in lymph node metastasis were higher than that without lymph node metastasis ( P <0 01). The positive expression rates of nm23 in grede Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than that of grade Ⅰ( P <0 01).The postitive expression rates of PCNA in lymph node metastasis were lower than that in no lymph node metastasis ( P <0 05). Conclusion The levels of PCNA and nm23 gene expression are significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and histological grading of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Both PCNA and nm23 may be regarded as the important parameters for prognosis of the breast invasive ductal carcinoma.[WT5”HZ]
