左上颌窦恶性纤维组织细胞瘤一例

摘　　要：鼻窦恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)是临床较为罕见疾病。该文报道1例左上颌窦MFH患者的诊治经过。该患者在外院被诊断为"慢性鼻窦炎",入院后经对其临床特征、影像学表现、病理检查结果进行分析,确诊为左上颌窦MFH,患者接受手术治疗后随访6个月未见复发。该例提示,对于患有单侧鼻窦炎的中老年患者,宜早行CT或MRI检查。怀疑为肿瘤者应及时取病理组织行免疫组织化学诊断,确诊后及早行根治性手术是该病治疗的关键。The incidence of sinonasal malignant fibrous histiocytoma （MFH） is extremely rare. We recruited a patient diagnosed as sinonasal MFH and treated in our hospital. The patient was misdiagnosed as Chronic sinusitis before previously. In a 6-month follow-up, no postoperative recurrence was found. The case indicates that for elder- ly patients suffering from unilateral sinusitis, early CT or MRI examination is very important. Once suspected, the patient should undertake biopsy and immunohistochemistry. The key to treatment is to apply radical resection as soon as possible.
