摘　　要：根据无间隙扇形段的载荷情况,对扇形段进行建模,运用有限元方法对扇形段的强度及刚度进行了分析和计算,分析了刚度的影响因素,为扇形段的设计与辊缝控制提供了重要依据。This article describes analysis and calculation of the strength and stiffness of no gap segment is described which are utilizes finite element method plus monolithic modeling of the segments according to load condi- tion in slab caster and further analysis of the stiffness of the effective factors, thus providing significant basis for de- signing of the segments and gap control.
