摘　　要：给出了严格α-链对角占优矩阵的充要条件,进而利用此条件给出了非奇异H-矩阵的若干判定条件,改进了近期的一些已有结果.The paper gives the suffcient and necessary condition of strictly a-chain diagonally dominant matrices,furthermore, based on the condition, it gives certain decision conditions of nonsingular H- matrix and some recent results.
