摘  要:用构建16S rDNA的方法对柠檬酸工业收集废水的汇水池以及预酸化调节过程中的微生物菌群进行了研究。结果表明,在汇水池的16S rDNA文库的71个克隆中共有15个OTU,其中与Lactobacillus mucosae最为相近的OTU有8个,共48个克隆,占所有克隆的67%;与Lactobacillus amylovorus相近的OTU有3个,共15个克隆,占所有克隆的21%;与Lactobacillus fermentum相近的OTU有2个,共2个克隆,占所有克隆的2.8%;与Lactobacilluscoleohominis相近的OTU有1个,共3个克隆,占所有克隆的4.2%。预酸化池的95个克隆分为3个OTU,其中与Lactobacillus mucosae相近的有2个OTU,共82个克隆,占所有克隆的86%;Lactobacillus amylovorus有1个OTU,13个克隆,占14%。研究表明汇水池和预酸化池中的微生物有很大的相似性。Bacterial diversity was studied by constructing bacterium 16S rDNA clone libraries from citric acid wastewater mixing pool and pre-acidification pool. The results showed that clones were placed into operational taxonomic unit( OTU)groups with I〉99% 16S rDNA sequence similarity( 15 OTUs,71 clones). There were Lactobacillus mucosae ( 80TUs, 48clones ), the number of clones accounted for 67%. Lactobacillus amylovorus (30TUs, 15 clones), the number of clones accounted for 21%. Lactobacillus fermentum(20TUs,2clones)the number of clones accounted for 2.8%. Lactobacillus coleohominis( 10TU,3 clones ,the number of clones accounted for 4.2%. in citric acid wastewater mixing pool. Lactobacillus mueosae (20TUs,82 clones) the number of clones aceotmted for 86% and Lactobacillus amylovorus ( 10TU, 13 clones) were found in Pre-acidifieation pool, the number of clones accounted for 4. 2%. The result shows that the bacterial in citric acid wastewater mixing pool and Pre-acidifieation pool was much similarly.
