摘　　要：大学生既是学术权利的主体,也具有成为学术权力主体的可能。具体而言,大学生具有科研参与的权利,因而具有自由科研的权力;具有选择课程的权利,因而具有影响课程决策的权力;具有学术建议的权利,因而具有影响学术管理的权力;具有接受教学的权利,因而具有影响教学实施的权力。College students are the natural subjects of academic rights and have the potential to become the subjects of academic might.With their right in participating in academic research,they should have the might to conduct independent scientific researches;having the right to choose the courses,they should be able to influence course decisions;having the right to offer make academic suggestions,they should be able to influence academic management;with their right of being instructed,they should be able to influence the implementation of teaching.
