摘  要:我国高校辅导员的专业化从一开始就得到了国家的大力支持,行政承认这样一种先天优势为辅导员的专业化建设奠定了良好基础。但行政承认只是一种让渡的承认,而非专业化的最终实现目标。辅导员要真正实现专业化,必须取得社会对其的专业信任。从构建辅导员完整的职业发展道路、建立完善辅导员行会制度、构建辅导员专业化的繁衍机制、重视辅导员的专业伦理规范建设和处理好辅导员专业化的外部推动与个体发展的关系五个方面入手,可以使辅导员的专业化真正从行政承认转向专业信任。The specialization of college counselors has gained strong governmental support from the very beginning. Such administrative recognition, making a primary advantage for the specialization of counselors, is merely of some transferring significance rather than the ultimate goal. To truly achieve counselors' specialization, it is necessary to obtain the professional trust from the society. Efforts can be made in five aspects: to build a complete path for counselors' professional development; to estab- lish a counselor guild system; to construct a reproduction mechanism for professional counselors; to construct relevant professional ethics; and to properly handle the relationship between the external drive and individual development.
