高职院校机械类专业“订单式”培养模式的探索与实践

摘　　要："订单式"人才培养模式是高职院校实施"校企合作、工学结合"模式改革的一种重要形式。文章阐述了高职高专机械类专业"订单式"人才培养模式实施的方法、步骤、取得的成效及存在的问题。为高职教育"校企合作,工学结合"人才培养模式的改革与发展,提供一种可借鉴的思路。The order - based cultivating mode is one of the main forms of the implementation of the reform, the school -enterprise cooperation and working- learning combination is important form in high vocational institutes. It is researched that the implementation methods and procedures, achievements and problems of the mechanical engineering personnel training mode in this paper. And it provides a reference for the reform of talents training pattern of the school -enterprise cooperation and working -learning combination in high vocational institutes.
