口腔鳞状细胞癌中ErbB4和Bcl-2的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(ErbB4)和B细胞淋巴瘤\白细胞病基因-2(Bcl-2)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测了10例正常口腔黏膜组织和58例口腔鳞癌中的ErbB4和Bcl-2的表达。结果:ErbB4在正常口腔黏膜组织中未见表达,在口腔鳞癌中表达较强,阳性率为58.6%,与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。Bcl-2在正常口腔黏膜组织中未见表达,与临床分期、淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05),而与病理分级有关(P<0.05)。相关分析显示口腔鳞癌中ErbB4的表达与Bcl-2呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ErbB4和Bcl-2的表达可作为评估和判断口腔鳞癌恶性潜能的重要参考指标。Objective ： To explore the expression and significance of epidermal growth factor reeeptor（ErbB4）and B cell lymphoma／leukmia gene 2 （Bcl-2）in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）.Methods ： Expression of ErbB4 and Bel-2 was examined by immunohistochemical staining in 58 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of oral normal mucosa. Re- sults ：Expression of ErbB4 in normal oral mucosa was hardly observed, while strong staining were seen in OSCC,pos- itivity rate was 58.6% ,was related to clinical stage,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis. Expression of Bcl-2 in normal oral mueosa was hardly observed （P〈0.05） , Bcl-2 was not related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0.05）,it was related to pathological grading （P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of ErbB4 and Bel-2 in OSCC （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of ErbB4 and Bcl-2 may serve as a significant predicting factor of malignant potential in OSCC.
