摘　　要：针对方便面生产线上,传统人眼在分类不同品种方便面时的低效率、高劳动强度问题,将机器视觉技术应用到其生产线上。为了便捷高效实现不同品种方便面的自动分类,采用基于HSI颜色空间特征的统计模式识别方法,并基于VC++6.0开发了易操作的人机交互界面。测试结果表明,该检测系统能正确快速实现多品种的方便面的识别与分类,其性能可满足生产需求。Aiming at the problem that traditional classification methond for different varieties of instant noodles by human eyes is low efficiency and high labor intensity, the technology of machine vision was investigated and applied on production line. In order to conveniently and rapidly achieve automatic classification for different varieties of instant noodles, com- bining with the method of feature recognition of statistical pattern based on HIS color space, the easy user interface was developed based on VC＋＋6,0. The experimental results show that it can correctly and fast achieve classification for different varieties of instant noodles.
