384例因症取出宫内节育器人群再放置宫内节育器的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察因症取出节育器的育龄妇女再次经腹式B超引导下放置吉妮致美宫内节育器的临床使用效果。方法收集2008年10月～2010年11月，来医院门诊因症取出宫内节育器而再次要求放置宫内节育器避孕的384例育龄妇女，经腹式B超引导下定位放置吉妮致美宫内节育器，并随诊1年，了解其不良反应及并发症。结果根据对这384例因症取出宫内节育器而再次要求放置宫内节育器避孕的高危人群，经腹式B超引导下放置吉妮致美宫内节育器，随诊1年的临床观察。吉妮致美宫内节育器使用情况，其脱落率为1．0％，妊娠率为0．8％，因症取出率为零，续用率为98．2％。结论吉妮致美宫内节育器是一种设计非常合理的节育器，正确的放置能有效的减少放置IUD的不良反应及并发症，值得对使用其他节育器不适的育龄女性推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of placing Genefiex intrauterine device（IUD） guided by B-ultrasonics after old IUD removed due to disease. Methods From Oct. 2008 to Nov. 2010,384 cases requesting to place Genefiex IUD,whose IUD had been removed due to disease,were observed and follow-up 1 year. The adverse reaction and complications were investigated and collected. Results According to the clinical observation to the 384 patients placed Genefiex IUD guided by abdominal B ultrasonics and follow-up 1 year,the rate of shedding was 1.0%,the rate of pregnancy was 0.8%,the rate of removing due to disease was 0 and the rate of continuation is 98.2%. Conclusion The design of Genefiex IUD is a kind of reasonable. The adverse reaction and complications could be reduced by placing correctly. The Genefiex IUD is worth to he generalization.
