玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术治疗无视网膜脱离的儿童外伤性眼内炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术治疗儿童无视网膜脱离外伤性眼内炎临床疗效。方法:19例患儿19只眼应用标准三通道玻璃体切除术,或联合晶体切除、异物取出术,最终行硅油填充术治疗无视网膜脱离外伤性眼内炎。结果:随访3-12个月,19例患儿眼内炎均得到控制,保住眼球,12例(70.6%)患儿视力有不同程度的提高,4例(23.5%)不变,1例(5.9%)下降。2例术前不配合而不确定。结论:玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术是治疗儿童不伴视网膜脱离外伤性眼内炎的有效方法。Objective： To explore the effect of vitreetomy combined with silicone oil tamponade in the treatment of post-traumatic endophthalmitis without retinal detachment in children. Methods. Nineteen cases of eyes with post-traumatic endophthalmitis without retinal detachment had been treated with pars plana vitreetomy or combined with lenseetomy, foreign body taking, and sili- cone oil tamponade. Results. All the patients were followed up for 3-12 months. Endophthalmitis was controlled in 19 eyes and the eyeballs were preserved. Twelve patients （70.60%） had differ- ent raised degrees of vision, 4 patients （23. 5%） remained unchanged, 1 patient （5. 9%） got worse, and 2 children that could not cooperate before operation were uncertain. Conclusion. Vit- rectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade is an effective method for the management of post- traumatic endophthalmitis without retinal detachment in children.
