摘 要:赛车的设计目标是将所用轮胎的附着力极限尽可能地发挥,这需要动力、传动、悬架和转向系统的共同配合,充分了解所用轮胎的力学特性则是设计一款赛车的重要基础。Hoosier 18×6-10 R25B和Hoosier20.5×7-13.R25B是两款FSAE领域较常用的轮胎,基于美国FSAE TTC(FSAE Tire Test Consortium)有偿提供的轮胎试验数据,对二者的纵向力学特性进行了魔术公式拟合,并对两款轮胎在不同垂直载荷、外倾角和胎压下的纵向力学特性进行了介绍和对比。由于FSAE常用轮胎的力学特性很难获得,可以为国内各FSAE车队的赛车设计提供借鉴。The goal of the race car design is to squeeze the adhesion limit of tire tires which needs the collaboration of the engine, transmission, suspension and steering system. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding of the mechanical characteristics of tires is an important basis to design a race car. The tires of Hoosier 18 ×6-10 R25B and Hoosier20.5 ×7-13 were commonly used in FSAE field. Based on tire tire test data provided by FSAE TTC, tire magic tbrmula was built. The longitudinal mechanical properties of the two tires in diflbrent normal forces and inclination angles and under different tire pressure were introduced and compared. Because the mechanical characteristics of tires in FSAE field are difficult to obtain, this paper can provide some references to the domestic FSAE teams.
