摘　　要：HER2/neu已成为乳腺癌分子治疗靶目标之一,同时研究发现,超过20%胃癌患者存在HER2过表达,在胃食管连接部胃癌甚至可达到33%。HER2/neu在胃癌中高表达或基因扩增现象,可能影响胃癌患者的预后,也可能参与了胃癌肝转移过程。HER2/neu有望成为胃癌治疗的一个新靶点。Molecular therapies targeting HER2 are part of the established drug armamentarium in breast carcinoma. Similarly to breast carcinoma,more than 20% of gastric cancers shows HER2 overexpression and/or amplification,and this percentage increases to 33% in gastroesophageal junction carcinoma. HER2/neu indicates over-expression or gene proliferation in gastric cancer,and probably influences the outcomes of patients with gastric cancer,and participates hepatic metastasis progression of gastriccancer.HER/neu may become a new therapy target of gastric cancer.
