摘　　要：为了适应国家建设与发展的需求,必须深化研究生教育改革。本文根据中医药院校研究生的特点,阐述了当前研究生教学体制的若干问题,对研究生课程的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行教学改革和探索。改变单向传授知识模式,探究研究型人才的培养方式,以学生独立自主学习和合作讨论为前提,针对教学中的疑难问题和学科前沿问题为研究内容,通过指导学生查阅资料、独立钻研和认真思考,展开课堂讨论和交流,切磋和补充不同的学术观点,激发学生的学习主动性和创新能力,确保中医药高级人才的培养质量。In recent years,graduate education in our country has a rapid development to meet the demand of socio- economic development. It is needed to resolve the problem that how to reform and improve the original graduate training model and enhance the quality of graduate education further.According to the characteristics of Chinese medicine colleges graduate,elaborated the current postgraduate education system a certain number of problems,graduate courses teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,teaching reform and exploration. Change the one-way to impart knowledge model,exploring research personnel training mode. Aim at the solution of problems of graduate training model,through the guidance of students access to information,independent study and careful thinking,class discussion and exchange,explore and supplementation of different academic point of view,excitation students＇ initiative in learning and innovation capability,to ensure that the traditional Chinese medicine talents cultivation quality.
