住院精神病患者79例死因分析

摘　　要：目的分析住院精神病患者死亡的主要原因。方法对1990年1月～2012年1月79例住院精神病死亡患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果住院精神病患者死亡79例,84.8%伴发躯体疾病(P<0.01)。其中,大部分是呼吸系统疾病,此外,因部分器官衰竭而死亡占93例次,因突发患病占11例次。结论必须重视精神病患者伴发躯体疾病的诊断和治疗。Objective To analyze and research the main reasons of psychopaths＇ death in our hospital. Methods The author analyzed and reseached seventy-nine psychopaths＇ clinical manifestations who died from January 1990 to January 2012 in our hospital. Results Seventy-nine pychopaths died 84.8 pereert of whom died with somatopathy and most of whom had disease of respiratory system. Ninty-three psychopaths died because of partial organ failure,and eleven died paroxysmal diseases. Conclusion We should pay more attenion to the diagnosis and the treatment to the psychopaths with somatopathy.
