周围性面神经麻痹的强度—时间曲线测定及其康复治疗

摘　　要：目的:分析强度 -时间曲线测定对周围性面神经麻痹的诊断价值、预后估价及其物理治疗效果与疗效。方法 :采用强度 -时间曲线测定周围性面神经麻痹112例 ,并与自身健侧进行对比及行物理治疗。结果 :首次测定I/t曲线为正常神经支配占29.5 % ,部分失神经支配为66.1 % ,完全失神经支配为4.4 % ,总异常神经支配达70.5 %。经理疗后 ,正常神经支配者痊愈显效率为96.9 % ,异常神经支配者痊愈显效率44.3 %。结论 :I/t曲线测定对周围性面神经麻痹的诊断、判断神经损伤的程度和估价预后有实用价值。正常神经支配者治疗效果好 。Objective:In order to study diagnostic value of I/t curve for peripheral facial paralysis ,assessment prognosis and observe therapeutic effectiveness.Methods:The I/t curve of 112 cases were measured and were compared with contralateral.112 cases were treated with physiotherapy.Results:The first measuerment normal nerve detected by I/t curve:29.5%;partial denervation:66.1%;whole denervation:4.4%.Total abnormal nerve:70.5%,after physiotherapy,rate of the cure and excellent in cases of normal nerve was 96.9%.On the other hand,rate of the cure and excellent was 44.3%in cases of abnormal nerve. Conclusion :It is proved that the I/t curve has an important value for diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis.
