摘 要:随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,顶岗实习已经成为高职院校探索"工学结合"人才培养模式、实现高技能人才培养目标的重要途径。但是由于我国高职学生顶岗实习制度处于起步发展阶段,学生在顶岗实习期间面临着管理难度较大,尤其面临着如何保障学生顶岗实习期间合法权益的问题。这不仅事关家庭、社会的和谐和稳定,更关系到高等职业教育的可持续发展。本文在高职学生顶岗实习现状进行调研的基础上,对完善顶岗实习制度提出了一些建议。With the fast development of higher vocational education in China, internship serves as a platform for vocational colleges to establish a work-integrated learning approach and achieve the goal of skilled human resourced development. The internship system in China is at its initial stage, so it is hard to supervise students and to protect their rights and interests during the internship. To improve the internship system and protect the rights and interests of students is closely related to not only families and society, growth of colleges, but also sustainable development of higher vocational education. The paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of internship of vocational college students, and offers some solutions to improving the internship system.
