摘 要:导学作为远程教育学习支持服务的重要环节,一直是校外学习中心管理实践的重点。本文以源自多年校外学习中心服务的管理经验,探究非学科课程类导学如何在主办院校导学的基础上,利用面授机会实施"全过程导学"操作模式。该模式针对学员入学到毕业以不同的侧重内容与功能指向,规范完善导学体系,可以积极有效地促进学员顺利完成学业,提升中心服务效率。Guidance, as an important part of learning support services of distance education, has been the focal point of supervision of off-campus learning center. Based on years' experience of running and supervising off-campus learning center, this article explores the face-to-face teaching opportunity to implement the "whole process guidance" mode under the host institution's guidance. From admission to graduation, this mode of guidance, with focuses on different contents and functions, standardizes and improves the guidance system. The mode can actively and effectively help students complete their education successfully and enhance the efficiency of the service center, which is of great value for its promotion.
