摘　　要：近年来,我国研究生教育快速发展,生源量不断增大,与此同时,社会经济形势变化更加复杂多样,因此研究生在激烈的就业竞争中困难重重。研究生就业工作作为一个综合性问题,其积极推进的关键在于各因素的合理调整和相互促进,其中研究生的高质量教育以及研究生自身的职业规划意识尤为重要。In recent years, with the rapid development of the postgraduate education in our country, the amount of students has got a lot of increase. At the same time, changes in the social economic situation are more complicated. So in the fierce employment competition, graduate students encounter more difficulties. As a comprehensive issue, the key work of postgraduate employment is reasonable adjustment of the various factors and mutual promotion. Especially, the postgraduate education of high quality education and postgraduate career planning consciousness itself is very important.
