癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6(CEACAM6)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法研究42例胰腺癌中CEACAM6的表达水平,观察评估CEACAM6的阳性表达与肿瘤分级、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的相关性。结果 42例胰腺癌中,CEACAM6阳性38例;CEACAM6的阳性表达与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示CEACAM6的表达是惟一影响淋巴结转移的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论 CEACAM6与胰腺癌淋巴结转移显著相关,CEACAM6可能是防治胰腺癌及其侵袭转移的有效靶点。[ Objective ] The purpose of this study is to determine whether carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6 （CEACAM6） overexpresses and correlates with lymph node metastasis in pancreatic carcinoma. [Methods] We assessed CEACAM6 expression using immnnohistochemistry in 42 pancreatic carci-noma. The relationship among CEACAM6 expression, lymph node status, and other established clinicopatholog-ical parameters was assessed. [Results] CEACAM6 expression was identified in 38 cases with immunohisto-chemistry. Positive CEACAM6 was significantly correlated with poor erologic grade, lymph node metastasis （P 〈0.05）. Multivariate analysis revealed CEACAM6 expression to he the sole independent factor influencing lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] CEACAM6 expression may be associated with disease outcome through the promotion of lymphatic involvement/metastases,indicating that CEACAM6 might he used as a tu-mor biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for inhibiting the invasive and metastatic capacity of pancre-atic carcinoma.
