HLA-B27 PCR辅助诊断幼年强直性脊椎炎

摘　　要：目的 :辅助诊断幼年强直性脊椎炎。方法 :用PCR技术对 2 4例临床表现为类风湿关节炎少关节型患儿的DNA进行HLA B2 7基因分析。结果 :2 4份标本中 7例PCR检测B2 7基因阳性 ,占分析的 2 9.2 % (7/2 4)。 7例B2 7基因阳性病例中男 5例 ,女 2例 ,平均年龄 10 .4岁。结论 :B2 7检测可作为诊断或鉴别诊断幼年强直性脊椎炎的重要指标 ,利于疾病鉴别和预后估计。Objective:To assist the diagnosis of the juvenile?onset ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Using PCR method to detect HLA?B27 genes of 24 children who had a clinical manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis and were suspected with ankylosing spondylitis.Results:7 of 24 patients (29.2%) were positive on HLA?B27 gene.Conclusion:The determining of HLA?B27 is helpful for ankylosing spondylitis in differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
