摘　　要：区域可持续发展能力分析是区域可持续发展研究的重要方面。本文以系统学方向研究为基础,从经济、社会、生态环境三大子系统分别选取相应指标建立指标体系,运用TOPSIS熵权法确定指标权重,选取2006-2010年各指标数据将日照市可持续发展能力在时间序列上量化。研究发现日照市可持续发展能力综合得分五年内波动较大,经济子系统得分呈下降趋势,社会子系统和生态环境子系统得分呈完善态势;从侧面反映出日照市可持续发展能力处于转型时期。It is an important aspect of the Sustainable Development Research to analyze the regional sustainability. This paper choose the corresponding indicators in the three subsystems of economy, society and ecological environment according to the systematic view, then uses the method of TOPSIS to confirm the weight of each indicator. Accordingly we quantify the sustainability of Rizhao city from the year of 2006 to 2010 in the time series. It exhibits that the sustainability of Rizhao city is surging in the five years. Furthermore the score of economic subsystem descends and the score of the other two are ascending. This result suggests that the sustainability of Rizhao is in the transformation period.
