肿瘤患者创伤后成长与情感情绪调节和自我效能的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者创伤后成长的特点及创伤后成长与积极、消极情感、情绪调节方式和自我效能的关系,为开展肿瘤患者的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用创伤后成长问卷、情绪调节方式问卷、积极情感消极情感量表和一般自我效能感量表,对某医院216例住院肿瘤患者进行调查。结果肿瘤患者创伤后成长总分为(49.83±21.90)分,不同性别肿瘤患者创伤后成长总分及各因子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。创伤后成长高分组的抑制或宣泄调节、积极情感和自我效能得分高于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),消极情感得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。创伤后成长总分与积极情感、宣泄或抑制调节及自我效能感呈正相关。肿瘤患者的积极情感、宣泄调节和自我效能感能较好地预测创伤后成长,可解释创伤后成长总变异的54.8%。结论宣泄调节、积极情感和自我效能是肿瘤患者创伤后成长的重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the characteristics of posttraumatie growth（PTG） in cancer patients, and analyze the relationship among PTG,affect and emotion regulation and self-efficacy and to provide evidence for mental health education. Methods Totally 216 cancer patients were investigated with Posttraumatie Growth Inventory（PTGI）,Emotion Regulation Scale （ERS）,Positive and Negative Affect Scale（PANAS）,and General Self-Efficacy Seale（GSES）. Results The total score of PTG in cancer patients was（49.83_＋21.90）. There was no significant gender difference in the total score and factor scores of PTG （P〉0.05）. Compared with the lower PTG score group, the higher PTG score group showed higher scores in inhibition adjustment, abreaction adjustment, positive affect and self-efficacy（P〈0.01）,except negative affect（P〉0.05）. The total score of PTG positively correlated with the score of positive affect,abreaction adjustment,inhibition adjustment and self-efficacy. Positive affect, abreaction adjustment and self-efficacy were predictors of PTG, which could explain 54.8% of the total variance. Conclusion Abreaction adjustment, positive affect, and self-efficacy are important influencing factors of PTG in cancer patients.
