摘　　要：15号车钩在运用中经常发生钩舌销变形或断裂故障,经分析主要是设计结构导致钩舌销过早受力而引起的。在不影响互换性的前提下,探讨了解决钩舌销受力问题的方法,并提出了改进建议。The deforming and breaking of knuckle pivot pins often take place in operation of No.15 couplers.It is analyzed to be mainly caused by the knuckle pivot pins being too early under force due to the design structure.With the prerequisite of not affecting the interchangeability,the method to solve the problem of forces upon the knuckle pivot pins is discussed,and suggestions for improvement are given.
