摘 要:建立了树脂工艺品中8种残留卤代烃的顶空气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(HS-GC-ECD)检测方法。对前处理方式、顶空及色谱条件进行了研究。结果表明在顶空温度130℃、平衡时间60 min、基体采用空白树脂工艺品的顶空条件下,检测树脂工艺品中的卤代烃可获得良好的定量结果。所建方法的定量限在0.001~0.2μg/g之间,回收率在90%~120%之间,相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.9%。A method was developed for the determination of 8 halogenated hydrocarbon residues in resin crafts by headspace gas chromatography coupled with an electron capture detector (HS-GC-ECD). The conditions of sample pretreatment, headspace and chromatography parameters were studied. Results showed that the analysis of target compounds in resin crafts could reach a good performance under headspace equilibrium temperature at 130 ℃ for 60 min with blank resin crafts as matrix. The detection limits of this method were in the range from 0. 001 μg/g to 0. 2 μg/g. The recoveries ranged from 90% to 120% with three addition levels. The values of RSD were between 1.3 % and 3.9%.
