摘  要:通过紫外-可见光谱法研究了酪氨酸(Tyr)与铒(Er,Ⅲ)的相互作用,结果表明:Er(Ⅲ)与Tyr可形成1∶3的配合物,该配合物的摩尔吸光系数为ε=6.19×104L.(mol.cm)-1;且研究了Er(Ⅲ)(Tyr)3与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用,结果显示二者的作用摩尔比为2∶1,荧光探针法、黏度法和熔点法表明二者之间存在嵌插结合,Scatchard法表明二者之间既存在嵌插结合,又有一定的沟渠作用,圆二色法结果显示Er(Ⅲ)(Tyr)3可使DNA构像转变。The UV-Vis spectroscopy was used to study the interaction of tyrosine (Tyr) with the erbium (Er,IU ). The results showed that the Er (Ⅲ) and Tyr could form a complex with the molar ratio of 1 : 3, and its molar absorptivity was ε=6.19×104 L·(mol·cm)^-1 In addition, the interaction between Er( Ⅲ ) (Tyr) 3 and DNA was studies. The results were as follows: they interacted with the molar ratio of 2: 1, and the fluorescence probe method, the viscosity method and the melting point method showed that the intercalation effects existed. The scatchard method also showed a weak groove effects, the circular dichroism method revealed that Er ( Ⅲ ) (Tyr)3 could made the change of conformation of DNA
