摘　　要：局部进展性前列腺癌患者的标准治疗模式目前处于争议当中。随着诊疗技术的进步，外科治疗、放疗、内分泌治疗等治疗模式近年均取得不同进展，在肿瘤控制率、生存期上各有千秋，同时并发症、对生活质量的影响亦不同。The standard treatment mode of locally advanced prostate cancer is still controversial. With the progress of medical technology, treatments of prostate cancer achieve different progresses in surgical treat- ment, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy. The three treatment modes have diverse tumor growth control rate and survival period, which have different complications and different influences on the quality of life.
