摘 要:目的 检测咀嚼压力在正常及增强状态下 ,大鼠牙周膜成纤维细胞 (PLF)IL - 1β的动态表达 ,探讨IL - 1β在牙周膜改建中的分子机理。 方法 采用HE染色和免疫组化的方法 ,观察牙周膜形态变化以及PLF中IL - 1β蛋白表达。 结果 咀嚼压力增强引起牙周膜结构致密、宽度增加。同时 ,PLF中IL - 1β表达较正常时增强。结论 咀嚼压力增强 ,促使IL - 1β明显增多。本实验从分子水平探讨了牙周膜改建的机理 。Objective To study the expression of IL-1β in the rat periodontal cells under normal and increased masticatory force,in order to explain the molecular mechanism of periodontal ligament (PDL) remodeling.Methods HE staining and immunohistochemistry techniques were applied to study the change in the histologic morphology and the expression of IL-1β protein.Results Under the increased masticatory force,PDL width was enlarged;the expression level of IL-1β increased apparently in PDL cells.Conclusion Increased masticatory force induces the expression of IL-1β increased apparently in PDL.The results suggest that the histologic morphology is closely related to the mechanical condition.
