摘 要:目的 探讨涎腺非肿瘤性疾病所引起的口腔微生态的变化。方法 2 9例患者 ,包括 11例舍格伦综合征 (SS)、10例腮腺良性肥大及 8例慢性腮腺炎和 10名正常对照者。收集其混合唾液和腮腺液并进行口腔内 5种常见致病菌的鉴定及细菌总量的测定。结果 SS、腮腺慢性炎症患者混合唾液中需氧菌、厌氧菌、兼性链球菌及放线菌总数较对照组明显升高 ,SS患者混合唾液中的变链菌、乳酸菌总数较对照组明显升高 ;2例患者腮腺导管内有不同种类和数量的细菌存在。Objective To investigate microecological changes in oral cavity and parotid duct system in non-neoplastic diseases of parotid gland.Methods This study included 29 patients with non-neoplastic diseases of parotid gland and 10 normal controls.Unstimulated total saliva from parotid were collected and cultured in different special medium to determine the different kinds and amount of bacteria.Results The amount of aerobes,anaerobes,facultative Streptococcus and Actinomyces in mixed saliva was significantly higher in the patients with SS and patients with chronic parotitis than controls.In the patients with SS,the main cariogenic bacteria,such as Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus significantly increased.Different species and amount of bacteria existed in the parotid duct of the patients with SS,patients with chronic parotitis and patients with sialadenosis.Conclusion This study indicates microecological changes in oral cavity and parotid duct in the non-neoplastic diseases of parotid gland.
