摘　　要：目的　探讨进展期胃癌围手术期血清DNA聚合酶活性的变化。方法　采用放射性免疫法测定了 64例进展期胃癌、64例胃良性疾病患者的血清DNA聚合酶活性。 64例均经胃镜和大体病理确诊为进展期胃癌 ,观察手术前后血清DNA聚合酶活性的变化 ,并设置对照组 64例进行比较。结果　胃癌患者术前DNA聚合酶阳性率为 62 .5 % ,其中术后阳性率为 18.7% ,转阴率为 70 % ,其活性与临床分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 )而与组织学分级有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,特异性 93 .8% ,敏感性 62 .5 % ,准确性为 78%。结论　血清DNA聚合酶活性对于胃癌的诊断和治疗有一定意义。Objective To evaluative the perioprative serum DNA polymerase activitivity changes in patients with progressive stage gastric carcinoma(PGC).Method Radioimmunoassay was used in 64 controls and 64 cases of PGC before and after operation.All PGC were confirmed by both pathological examination and gastroscopy.Results The positive rate of the enzyme in PGC was 62.5% and 70% of that was negtive after operation 18.7% of PGC was still positive.The activity had no relationship with clinical stages(P>0.05),while correlated with histology.The activity in PGC was much higher than that of control group(P<0.01).It had no correlation with clinical stages either.Specificity is 93.8%.Sensitivity is 62.5%.Accuracy is 78%.Conclusion Serum DNA polymerase activity can be helpful in diagnosis and treatment in PGC.
