奥美拉唑联合快胃片治疗非甾体抗炎药引起的胃溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥美拉唑联合快胃片治疗非甾体抗炎药引起的胃溃疡的临床治疗效果。方法将58例非甾体抗炎药引起的胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组24例,治疗组选用奥美拉唑20mg,每日1次,早餐前半小时服用;快胃片1次3片(0.7g/片),1d3次,饭前1h服用。对照组单独服用奥美拉唑20mg,每日1次,早餐前半小时服用。连服4周观察治疗效果。结果治疗组在上腹痛症状消失及溃疡愈合疗效方面总有效率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组显效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用奥美拉唑与快胃片联合治疗非甾体抗炎药引起的胃溃疡,比单独服用奥美拉唑疗效更好。Objective To observe the combined efficacy of Omeprazole and Kuaiweipian on non-steroid anti-inflam- matory drug-induced Gastric Ulcer. Methods Fifty eight patients were randomly Divided into the treatment group （34 cases） and the control group （24 cases）. The treatment group was given both Omeprazole （20 rag, qd） and Kuaiweipian （0.7 gx3, tid）. The control group was only given Omeprazole （20 mg, qd）. The observation period was 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group. And the significant effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion These results suggest that Omeprazole used Combined with Kuaiweipian has a better therapeutic effect on non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug- induced gastric ulcer than Omeprazole used singly.
