摘　　要：建设大批高水平的创新型企业,是构建区域创新体系的关键。目前,江西省共建设有省级以上创新型试点企业130余家,这些企业基本涵盖了江西省十大战略性新兴产业和优势传统产业,具有较强劲的企业自主创新实力和显著的行业影响力。但是,由于创新体制不够完善、企业家创新精神不足、高层次科技人才缺乏等原因,江西省创新型企业的培育还面临许多问题,需要进一步完善科技创新管理体制,营造良好的创新政策环境,建设创新型人才队伍,推进技术创新能力,构建完善的创新网络体系,从而为创新型企业持续创新发展提供有利环境。It is the key for the construction of regional innovation system to cultivate a number of high levels of innovative enterprises. For Jiangxi Province, over 130 pilot enterprises above the provincial level have been built, covering the ten major strategic e- merging and traditional superior industries, which possess great independent innovation ability and remarkable influences on local industries. However, because of such factors as incomplete innovation system, insufficient entrepreneurs＇ innovation spirit and high-level talent shortage, the development of innovative enterprises faces many challenges. The government should perfect the science and technology management system, create a sound innovation environment, build the talent team, promote technological innovation ability and develop a perfect innovation network system as to provide innovative enterprises with a favorable environment for sustainable innovative growth.
