摘　　要：近年来,我国食品安全事故层出不穷,食品安全问题已成为民众最关切的话题之一。事故频发的背后折射出我国食品安全监管法律体系尚不完善、监管理念相对落后、监管制度亟需创新。为此,本文通过对美国食品安全监管法律制度进行梳理和比较,认为其在食品安全监管法律体系建设、监管职权以及具体监管制度创新等方面的经验值得我国借鉴。In recent years, food safety accidents arise endlessly in China and food safety problems become the most concern of the topics. Frequent accidents reflect that the legal system of food safety supervision in our country is still not perfect, the supervision idea is relatively backward, and the supervision system needs to be innovative. Therefore, through the analysis of American legal system of food safety supervision, the paper believes that the construction of American legal system of food safety supervision, supervisory authority and specific supervision system innovation are worth learning.
