摘　　要：教师教学权利是教师基于特定职业身份所依法享有的自主进行教学活动的权利。从历史的角度看,高校教师的教学权利历经自然权利到法定权利的不同形态,教师的从业资格也经历了一个逐步专业化的演变历程。现代高校教师教学权利是公共性权利和专业性权利的统一体,是一种复合型权利。Teachers＇ teaching rights are ones that teachers legally enjoy conducting educational activities independent- ly in their specific identities. According to a historical perspective, teachers have developed their teaching rights with different forms from natural rights to legal rights, while their qualifications have gone through a process from non-pro- fessionalization to professionalization. Now modern teaching rights of college teachers are a unity of public and profes- sional rights and a kind of complex rights.
