摘 要:目的探讨大豆皂甙对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏自由基防御机能的影响。方法以Wistar雄性大鼠为研究对象,将实验动物分为三组即对照组、糖尿病模型组和大豆皂甙给药组,三组动物分别每日给予生理盐水、生理盐水、大豆皂甙(SS,10mg/Kg)灌胃3个月,然后处死取肾脏,采用组织匀浆生化测定法,检测肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量的变化。结果与对照组和糖尿病治疗组相比较,糖尿病模型组肾组织中SOD和CAT含量显著降低(P<0.01);而LPO和GSH-Px含量显著增加(P<0.01)。结论口服大豆皂甙能抑制自由基的产生,降低体内过氧化物的含量,提高机体抗氧化能力。Objective To explore the effect of soyasaponins on free radical defense function in experimental diabetic rats kidney. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,diabetic model group and ss treat- ment group, the rats in three groups were given daily saline, daily saline, ss(10mg·Kg-1)orally three month, then they were executed,kidney was obtained, by homogenates biochemical assay to detect kidney tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD), h-ydrogen peroxide enzyme ( CAT), lipid peroxidation (LPO) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) co-ntent changes. Results Compared with the control group and the treatment of diabetic model group,diabetes model group, renel tissue SOD and CAT contents were siginificantly lower(P〈0.01) ; LPO and GSH-Px contents were siginifieantly increased(P〈0.01). Conclusion Oral soy saponins can inhibit the production of free radicals, reduce peroxide content in the body,improve the antioxidant capacity.
