摘　　要：从涵义和特征2个方面界定大学科技园区创业平台的基本内涵,依据孵化器的相关理论剖析大学科技园区创业平台的运行机制,深入探讨大学科技园区创业平台的机理。目的是促进初创企业成长,近而带动就业,同时为大学科技园区创业平台的发展提供理论指导。This paper defined the basic connotation of the university science and technology park venture platform from the two aspects of meaning and characteristics. Based on the related theories of the incubator,profiling operation mechanism of University of science and technology park venture platform is explored.
