摘 要:根据混凝土中爆炸冲击波初始压力经验公式和C-J爆轰理论,用AUTODYN软件对带壳装药在混凝土中爆炸进行数值模拟,计算了不同壳厚下爆炸冲击波的初始压力值,得到带壳装药混凝土中爆炸冲击波初始压力的拟合公式,分析了冲击波初始压力随壳体厚度与装药半径比的变化规律。另外,从爆炸能量和爆炸冲击波的比冲量两个角度分别研究了壳体厚度对混凝土毁伤效果的影响。结果表明:当壳厚为0.5~2 mm时,爆坑体积较裸装药时增大,毁伤效果也较好;但当壳厚大于2 mm时,爆坑体积逐渐变小,毁伤效果也将变差。Based on the empirical formula of initial pressure of explosive shock wave in concrete and C-J detonation theory, the initial pressure created by explosion with a metal shell of different thickness in concretd was calculated by AUTODYN software. The simulation data was fitted into an empirical formula, and the change rule of the initial pressure of shock wave with the rate of shell thickness and explosive radius was dieussed. Also, the damage effect of different shell thickness was studied based on explosion energy and the blast average specific impulse. Resuits indicate that when the shell thickness was 0.5- 2 mm, the larger crater volume and the better damage effect were obtained. But when the shell thickness was more than 2 mm, the crater volume gradually became smaller and damage effect also turned to be wegker.
