举国体制下“李娜模式”的思考

摘　　要：分析了举国体制下"李娜模式"成功的原因所在,并认为"李娜模式"的成功需建立在正确处理好国家、集体和个人三者关系,"统领"与"放活"时机,协调好大众体育、学校体育和竞技体育发展基础之上;"李娜模式"是我国体育人才培养体制的补充和完善,而举国体制仍然是现阶段我国体育事业发展的重要保障。Through deeply grasping the spirit of the nationwide system,this article analyses the reason why ＂Li Na Style＂ successes under this system is based on correctly dealing with the relationship of nation,group and individual,as well as sports for all school physical education and sports;and gets the result that the ＂Li Na style＂ is the supplement and perfect of our cultivate system of sports＇ talent;the nationwide system is still the important guarantee of our sports development nowadays.
