高等院校新建教研室文化建设初探

摘　　要：教研室是高等院校进行教学活动以及教学管理的最基层组织,进行新建教研室文化建设是高等教育发展的迫切需要和重要保障。为加强新建教研室文化建设,必须从实际出发,围绕"团结协作、爱岗敬业、精益求精、奋发有为"挖掘其精神文化,围绕硬件环境和软件环境建设打造其物质文化、围绕教研室相关制度建设规范其制度文化,围绕教研室各种活动构建其行为文化。The pedagogical research section is a primary organization of teaching activities and teaching management in colleges and universities,so cultural construction of the newly-built section is an urgent need and important guarantee in the development of higher education. To strengthen its cultural construction,ef- forts need to be made to mine its spiritual culture around ＂unity,dedication,refinement and striving＂ and to build its material cuhure around hardware and software environment. Moreover,attention should be paid to standardizing its system culture around some system of the section and to constructing its behavior culture around various activities of the section.
