多种药物联合应用治疗胃溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多种药物联合应用治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法将2010年8月至2012年8月我院诊治的80例胃溃疡患者随机分成2组:①对照组40例,采用奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素治疗;②实验组40例,采用埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素治疗。观察和比较两组的临床疗效、症状总积分及主要症状的改善时间。结果实验组的Hp根除有效率和溃疡愈合有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组用药1、2、4、6周后,患者的症状总积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的反酸、嗳气、上腹痛、腹胀等症状的改善时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用埃索美拉唑联合治疗胃溃疡能促进改善临床症状,显著提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multi-drug combination treatment for gastric ulcer. Methods 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into control group（n=40）and treatment group（n=40）.Control group was given omeprazole combined with amoxicillin;treatment group was given esomeprazole combined with amoxicillin.The clinical efficacy,total score of symptoms,and the improvement time of main symptoms of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total Hp eradication rate and total ulcer healing rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）;the total score of symptoms of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05） at 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment;the improvement time of acid reflux,belching,abdominal pain,bloating of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of esomeprazole for gastric ulcer can significantly alleviate the symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.
