摘 要:为了提高专业性院校中非特色专业学生的理论知识掌握程度以及实践应用能力,采用“平等教学法”的教学方法与“双轨复式法”的学习方法相结合的方式开展理论与实验教学,并辅以正确的教育与心理引导,通过在本科阶段开展“3+1”人才培养模式、校企联合培养等方式努力给学生创造机会,提高学生理论应用实践的能力和适应社会的能力。通过“平等的教”与“双轨复式的学”加强了专业知识的掌握,通过“3+1”人才模式的培养提高了学生的动手实践能力。应用实践结果证实根据社会需求制定符合学生需要的教与学的策略对非特色专业的学生是可行的、有效的。In order to improve the theoretical knowledge and application capability of the students whose major is inferior in professional colleges. The combination of "equal didactics teaching" and "dual-line way" is established to grasp expertise, along with appropriate education and guide in psychology, to carry out the test, both on the theory and practice, in which modes whose objective is the improvement on the practical application of students, such as the talent training mode of "three and one", and university-enterprise association, etc. will be employed in the phase of undergraduate to provide the most possible opportunity for students as well to enhance their practical ability transferred from theory and adaptability to society. The practice results imply that it is feasible and effective to set up the teaching and studying strategies for students based on the society requirements in non-feature majors.
