摘　　要：东北大西洋地区相关国家针对鲭鱼捕捞配额的争端已经持续多年,除了经济利益以外,气候变化也是引发争端的重要原因之一。本文介绍了鲭鱼纷争产生的背景、相关各方的观点和事态的最新进展,分析了导致争端愈演愈烈的多种因素。随着全球气候变暖和海洋生态环境的变化,类似的渔业资源纠纷今后有可能在全球其它地区陆续发生,渔业管理部门和渔业科研机构应对此加以关注。The dispute on mackerel fishing quotas in Northeast Atlantic region has been going on for many years, besides the economic benefits, climate change is one of the main causes. This article described the background of the dispute and the latest development of the issue, analyzedthe causes that led to and intensified the dispute. With global warming and marine ecological environment changes, similar disputes may occur in other parts of the world, which should be noticed by fisheries management sectors and fisheries research institutions.
