服务于公共发展服务体系建设的农民教育研究

摘　　要：在城乡统筹过程中城乡公共服务均等化是城乡统筹发展的基本平台,公共发展服务体系是公共服务体系的根本和动力,农民教育"催化"城乡公共发展服务建设统筹工作由量变到质变。在此基础上提出了相应要求与对策:统筹城乡义务教育要求合理配置城乡教育资源;统筹城乡医疗卫生要求培养基层公共服务人才;统筹城乡公共文化体育要求适时引导农民身心健康发展。During the urban and rural areas as a whole, the equalization of public service between urban and rural areas establishes a basic platform in the development of urban and rural coordination. Public devel- opment service system is the foundation and driving force to the public service system. The farmer education does benefit to the construction of the public development service system to some extent. In order to promote the construction of the public development service system, the corresponding requirements and countermeas- ures were put forward： allocating education resources reasonable to coordinate the compulsory education of ur- ban and rural ; training public service suits to coordinate the health and medical community of urban and rural ; guiding peasants to develop mental and physical health to coordinate public culture and sports service of urban and rural.
