摘　　要：本文针对筒型铸坯件缩孔、缩松类孔洞缺陷在塑性变形条件下整体改性效果进行了研究,采用了Dform-3d软件分别模拟分析了不同的入模角β和压缩量对筒型铸坯件缩孔、缩松类孔洞缺陷改性效果影响的情况,通过对比分析坯料发生塑性变形前后相对密度的变化研究了不同条件下筒型铸件缺陷改性效果。Overall modification effect on shrinkage and shrinkage cavity defect in the cartridge type casting parts has been studied under plastic deformation conditions. With Deform-3D simulation software, the effects of dieentrance angleβ and reduction amount on shrinkage and shrinkage cavity elimination have been analysed. The modification effect has been analysed by comparing with the variety of relative density of the castings under the conditions of before and after the plastic deformation.
